Puppy Policy
If you are interested in purchasing one of our puppies please be sure to read this page in its entirety. Below all of the information there will be an application that must be filled out prior to purchase. Also at the bottom will be a link to the available and planned litters. ~thank you~
Notification List
We have an email notification list what this means is you may request to be notified when a new litter arrives. I will send out email notifications to all on the list once all reserved puppies have been chosen. If you are only on the notification list I can't guarantee any puppies will be left to choose from.
Reservation List
Our reservation list is for buyers who wish to place a deposit prior to the birth of a litter in order to hold a spot in line to be able to pick the specific color, gender, and personality puppy they are looking for. Reservations will go by the order in which deposits are recieved. You are not obligated to pick from the first available litter if the particular puppy you want is not available you may wait for a future litter. However please keep in mind that reservation deposits are not refundable if the first litter does not have what you wanted. So please do not place a reservation deposit if you are unwilling to wait in the event the first available litter does not have what you wanted. Please also keep in mind we reserve the right to have first choice in any litter should we decide.
Breeding Rights
I am not a breeder who is solely against selling with full registration for breeding purposes. That being said I have decided I will be selective as to who I do give breeding rights to.
1.) you must be honest with me as to your plans with the puppy purchased from me.
2.) I will not sell full rights to pet only breeders.
3.) I will not sell full rights to mini American, mini Aussie, or toy Aussie breeders
I will gladly sell full registration to:
1.) trial homes, Agility, Herding, etc...
2.) real working/ ranch homes
3.) co-owns on selective basis
Please understand this is not selfishness on my part but my best attempt to preserve the working lines I strive to produce.
Eye Color
One of the most frequent things I get asked about is eye color so I felt I should address the topic here. I will not have any idea on eye color until at least three weeks of age and even then for a while I can only offer an educated guess as the color can still change for quite a while yet. I will never guarantee eye color and I will not sell a puppy based on the color of its eyes so please do not contact me saying "I want a blue eyed puppy". I feel there are far more important qualities one should be worried about when shopping for a new dog than the color of its eyes. Dont get me wrong I love blue eyes but I think they are a bonus not a deciding factor.
Puppy Prices
Puppy prices will vary depending on registration, litter quality, puppy color, and in some cases individual puppy quality. In general merles will be more expensive than tri's or bi's because merles are in higher demand. I have found if tri's and merles are priced the same everyone will buy the merles first and I am left with all tri's to home. The lower priceson tri's encourages people to consider them instead and in most cases they are the exact same quality or better so essentially your getting more for your money when you choose a tri.
Return Policy
In the event that you are ever in a position that you can no longer care for or keep your dog purchased from us we will be more than happy to take it back no questions asked. We never want to see any dog produced by us to end up in a shelter or rescue. We feel as the breeder it is our responsibility to offer this to you and will stand by it 100%
-Puppy Sales Information-
-I require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold any puppy. The deposit will go towards the full purchase price of the puppy. In the event something unforeseen happens to your puppy while still in my care you will have the option to have your deposit refunded or you may choose to pick a different available puppy.
-All of our puppies will come with their tails docked, any back dew claws removed, up to date on shots, and deworming.
-I am willing to ship anywhere in the U.S. Prices will vary depending on distance.
-All of our Aussies are standard size but we will not guarantee the adult size of any puppy
-Should you want a puppy with an intact tail I recommend putting yourself on the reserve list. I will require your puppy be chosen by three days of age and paid in full or else all tails will be docked. It must be done this way to safeguard myself because Aussies with tails can be harder to home, docking is th breed standard and thats what most people will want.
